Huddersfield Community Gospel Choir (HCGC) - Event Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Booking: All tickets are issued as e-tickets and will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please present your digital ticket (or a clear printout) on arrival at the venue.

2. Refunds & Exchanges: Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the choir. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member.

3. Event Cancellations: In the rare event that a concert must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all ticket holders via email as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

4. Seating & Accessibility: Seating is typically allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise. If you or a member of your party have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance at huddzCGC@gmail.com so we can best accommodate you.

5. Photography & Filming: Please note that official photographs or video recordings may be taken during our performances for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in these recordings. Flash photography from the audience is strictly prohibited during the performance.
