Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you don't need to print them. You can simply show the e-ticket QR code on your smartphone at the door. If you prefer to print it out, that works too!
Are children allowed, and do they need a ticket?
Yes, our concerts are family-friendly and open to all ages! Children do require a ticket so please check the event listing for specific child or concession pricing.
What time should I arrive?
Doors generally open 30 minutes before the performance starts. Please check your specific event ticket or our website for exact door times so you can get settled in your seats.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Parking varies depending on where we are performing. For events at our main base (The Huddersfield Methodist Mission), there are public pay-and-display car parks nearby, but we recommend checking local street parking rules ahead of time.
How long do the concerts usually last?
Our standard performances usually run for about 1.5 to 2 hours, which typically includes a short intermission for refreshments.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
If a concert has not completely sold out online, a limited number of tickets may be available on the door. However, we highly recommend booking here in advance to guarantee your entry!
I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first, as automated ticket emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, drop us an email at huddzCGC@gmail.com and we will look up your booking.
